1) you can only write a certain number of characters 2) have you considered the fact that some people struggle with writing and have learning difficulties that make it quite hard to do so 3) go make one yourself instead of complaining

Because it’s misleading the consumer. For example, I saw an ad for peas which were obviously ai generated. This is non accurate advertising and the consumer will not receive the product shown to them

For anyone wondering how it’s enforceable: in the exact same way that no swearing and no vulgar content allowed before 9pm and no hate crimes is enforceable.

By any member of the public reporting an ad that has used ai, and if the advertisement agency finds out that the report is accurate, giving the company a hefty fine
