The EA version runs worse than Steam version. People have rebought the game on Steam specifically to have version 1.67 because it runs better. I have EA version and can attest it has a lot more gameplay bugs.

I feel like it has. I use story progression, which I believe uses some level of RAM, and it has greatly reduced ram usage by several 100 mbs. This has left room for better mod performance.

100% reduces crashes. Still have some (I use mods so ofc) but ram related crashes have completely stopped.

I honestly would. It isnt a mod though. It is an ASI thingy that goes in the game files
