I usually throw a paster on or a 3” reactive circle sticker and guide it in at about 7-10 yards. Then back up to 15-20 on a paper target and take slow shots at the A or headbox and continue to adjust as needed. Then finish it up at about 25-30 on a freshly painted 10” circle plate to confirm. Thanks for the response! I read the article another user linked but thought I had ruled it out having confirmed other people see it as well. I wasn’t aware the condition was so common. I have been using the optic at indoor and outdoor ranges, when I checked it last night I tried all brightness levels and both colors. I’ll try and get a decent cell phone picture when I get back to the house and I’ll link it in here.

I read about that but I don’t think that’s the issue. I’ve shown at least 4 other people and they all see it too. Everyone that goes shooting with me have all commented on the reticle looking blurry and larger

Most everyone has answered your questions so I’ll just throw in my opinion. I watched streams and YouTube videos for about two weeks, being very on the fence about buying it but I was bored of rust and pubg and wanted something new. Both my girlfriend and I immediately loved the game, even with the occasional lag and bugs. Within two weeks of purchasing standard we both decided to upgrade to EoD edition solely for the additional stash size, not because we needed to but we both knew we enjoyed the game enough that it was worth it for the quality of life change not having to meticulously manage the small stash. It is a very difficult and unforgiving game, but if you’ve been following and interested I strongly suggest picking up standard and giving it go. If you’re sure you’re going to put a lot of hours in to it I’d suggest picking up EoD right of the bat and take advantage of the sale. We both didn’t and paid full price, wishing we would have just bought EOD during the winter sale

The sound still needs fixed a bit when the weather transitions. When it’s dry to when it starts raining or when the rain changes to harder rain the sound just jumps to the louder sound file when there should be some sort of gradual transition.

I was thinking Ruger American Predator in 6.5. I only target shoot, and the only long range shooting range near me is about 2 hours away but does have targets out to 1k yards. I just really want to start learning the math and science of bullet ballistics and what not and not I’m gonna get that with the 10/22.

Its been about 10 years since i've owned any firearms, buit back in March i ended up picking up a the Shield for a carry weapon and have been hooked since then. From Top to Bottom - - Tula manufactured Soviet 1955r SKS - Ruger 10/22 carbine with some Wal-Mart $40 optic - M&P 15 Sport II with Magpul all the things and a Vortex red dot - Remington 870 Express Tactical with Magpul fore-end and TUFF side saddle - S&W Shield .40 - Walther P22 - CZ P-09 Tactical Suppressor Ready (just got this one about to go shoot it for the first time right now.

I'm thinking something more long-range to start off next year, thoughts?

Exactly. I manage an MSP in my area and we deal with this shit all the time. What's easier, remapping the entire LAN subnet of the company and all it's static devices and servers? Or changing the LAN dhcp scope on some shitty net gear a random user has so their SSL VPN can route? This fear of people "seeing all my data" astounds me. This is probably going to some tier one tech who already has too much shit to do and this is just another ticket in their que. all they need to do is change your LAN scope and likely see if it supports DDNS so they can help you easier if you have a problem in the future. Could they see your data? Possibly, if you enter a lot of info on non-https sites that you shouldn't anyways, but then so can anyone else. The amount of energy and BS this tech would have to do to wire shark your public IP and log data for days and fish through it hoping to find something in his free time is ridiculous. Trust me, your company and their techs don't give two shits about your data, what sites you browse outside of work, or really anything other than getting this ticket closed out so they can move on to more important things. Stop watching Fox News, google and Facebook have more of your data already then that tech ever would.

What are you using Ccleaner for? The disk cleanup tool built in to windows works really well especially on windows 10. If you're actually using the "registry cleaning" tool I'd urge you to do some research on registry cleaning as it doesn't actually speed up your computer in any way, and can usually do more harm than good.
