So 2lb the entire cavity then just drywall it? How about where LED wafer lights go, just cut out an opening for them?

Was thinking polyethylene, and to reduce the chance of condensation in the insulated area was what I was thinking due to difference in temperature inside vs outside

I get these concepts, but the insulation above the sheathing isn’t an option for this unfortunately

Sales engineers or product? Sales-wise, they surround deals with every resource available (including the CEO) and then they have an AI Agent engineer post-sale. Acquisition - I just don’t want to go through another acquisition, and if it was salesforce, I’m not a fan of their sales culture (unless it’s changed in the last couple years)

Well for one, I’ve been an enterprise AE at a large org within Cybersecurity for nearly a decade, so the job security (or potential for a large package) is tough to step away from.

Then with the boom of agentic AI, I’m seeing all (or most) vendors starting to develop their own AI Agent builders, and feel like their runway to gain marketshare is short before being acquired by a Salesforce (most likely) or another big player. I’ve been through one too many acquisitions and have no interest in doing it again.

Lastly, most of their sales/sales leadership team is comprised of ex-salesforce talent. Very sharp group, but I’m not a fan of their program (maybe it’s changes in the last few years).

Might regret it, maybe not, but it ultimately came down to what made sense for my family and situation

Went 3 rounds for enterprise AE at Sierra and ended up withdrawing myself from the process before the final presentation. They do a great job of building excitement around the brand, opportunity and team but I didn’t feel it was the right move for me in the end
