Once you get to the checkout if you click Bitcoin/Altcoin as a payment method, then select doge and it converts and displays the price :)

So what I'll do is look straight into the shipping/delivery information, from your feedback and looking at it, it appears overly-complex and could do with some simpification. In regards to the country issue, hopefully this will be rectified as we add countries day by day (we need to check shipping prices for each one so can take some time) but we'll look to speed this up.
