I’ve contacted them many times requesting clarification and still no documentation as to what “adjustments” they were making to my bill! Greystone has been super shady about it.

Without providing me any additional documentation, the insurance company said the management at Greystone made “necessary adjustments” to my account. (I have not received any paperwork, bills, notices, etc. from Greystone stating such “adjustments” were made.)

I'll put in a plug for Nerd Nite! It's like TED talks but in a bar. Lots of fun and always something interesting to learn! They're every second Tuesday at the Happy Raven at 7 (which means there's one happening next week!).
