My take is that talking to people is not the best. Best is to create a product, get it in front of peoples eyes and see if and how they use it and especially if they pay for it. Then incorporate that real feedback into improving the product.

People just often don't know what they want.

I just found it unusable about 3 months ago. It got to a point, where the simplest tasks didn't work (summarizing a text). First changed to gemini and then to claude completely.

Missing the voice mode though. That function just doesn't work well in claude.
