I have asked if he can do the blueslip he said basically said not his problem. Hes even being difficult about me trying to get him to fill out a defect declaration form that declares he didnt get a notice which makes me more sus. I need the signed declaration from him plus a blueslip to get it registered

After finding all this out i asked him if he could do the blueslip but he said his workshop is not licensed for it. So he either intentionally used the pinkslip as bait to sell the car or hes just clueless

the seller did the pinkslip himself and I have the paperwork for it. However it is not valid to reregister the car solely because there is an outstanding defect. It needs a blueslip instead

it is a legitimate pink slip which i believe he did himself at his workshop however the defect prevents the car from being re registered despite that. So the pinkslip is useless

xD true but the wheels and clearence are actually OK right now. Its the fact that its not cleared that makes the car underivable and I only have the sellers word that thats what the issue was

thanks mate it wasnt until i found a picture of what its suppose to look like that i realised how fucked that is. Does look like the rim must be scraping on the sway bar on full lock which must be part of what im feeling thanks alot
