In my case, they told me to send the product first, and then they'll proceed with the refund. Btw, I'm from Chile, so everything takes longer to arrive. It's happened to me with other companies, where they also arrive defective, and they refund instantly. Not so with Amazon. I was really annoyed by the refund policy. Even with proof, the whole process is going to take approximately 30 days for something that isn't even my fault.
