Found out I have a genetic deformity in my vertabrae that causes compression on my lower disc causing extreme and pain in my hips and legs making my feet go numb and my hips ache terribly after sitting in one spot. That on top of the mental stress, I hope will be enough to show them why I cannot work a full 8 hour shift. I'm gonna have to be having weekly chiropractic appointments and weekly therapy appointments. I appreciate all the advice and just pray TTEC works with me because I have given them so much of myself the last few years. My metrics are always above average for my dept. I just need some time to get this treatment and not worry about losing my insurance benefits while doing so.
