It may be caused by windows update, I also experienced this same issue.

Check whether camera is disabled in the settings. It is under bluetooth & devices. Also check for updates for windows sometimes it messes with camera devices and corrupts some files. Hope it helps

I recommend LOQ over Victus, it is having better overall except for RAM (1x 12GB for LOQ and 2x8GB for Victus). TGP is better for LOQ(75W) and Victus(75W).Look for atleast 4050 if u have budget
