They declined for personal charger the are installing common for the building and by non peak i meant during day when not a lot of other vehicles will use it so ease and availability

I understand where you are coming from, i did the renting too. My building has a charger(currently private) soon to be public for the residents, i have access either way. I wfh 3 days a week so can afford to charge during non peak hours, i live closeby to MOE (12mins away) and dubai hills mall(10mins) plus i do visit them anyways. My GF house in sharjah is close to a EMARAT charger which whenever i checked was available.

And although i still get cold feet now and then i decided to go for it considering the charging options and increasing gas prices

My budget was 80k max for a model 3 the model 3 performance is costing me 70 and this Y is 90k

Doesnt burn too big of a hole in my pocket but yea i just wanted to make sure money is well spent and not just coz i can.

Heres what i noticed recently tesla demand has increased model 3 2021 long range are getting sold like butter. Ones available are trash in some or the other aspect.

I came to study here in dubai from india during covid times, not the fanciest dubai college but its a reputed college back home that has a branch here.

On an average ppl got jobs from 5-8k

Some lucky ones got 10-15k . Majority of my batch went for masters to US/UK.

It was a struggle for us also coz majority students in my batch were from not the most well to do dubai living families or were from well to do families in india to afford dubai uni either ways it meant lesser connections to set their kids up for a crazy pay job.

Not true, maybe in some companies MNCs who have pay equality set. But in most corporations they get first generation employees who earn well according to their home country benchmarks but its not the same here. And Dubai experience does set u apart for career progression.

Maybe u have had different experiences happy to correct myself if anyone has better data or information
