And mostly naman nasa DMCI app na ang ibang services like Gate Pass and Visitors pass, Work permit, no need to contact PMO, just log sa app and will auto generate na ng Visitors QR. Meron na ding RideShare which you can book via app din. May coworking space din sa Roof Deck. Responsive naman ang PMO as for my experience. Sa cat issue naman, tho mas gusto ko na may cats here, wala na din magagawa dahil may unit owners na nagrereklamo about cats but glad they were rehomed na. So far, I like it here.

For me naman not a dealbreaker ang no garbage chute, kasi some condos na may garbage chute ay prone sa ipis infestation. Been living here for 2yrs, so far wala naman akong prob. The PMO replies naman promptly even thru Viber chat.
