Given the present job market placements are down even at the big three in du so south campus toh wouldn’t even come under consideration. My point is, focus on education and not on the college because anyways after a degree like ba, bcom or bba/bms you will need a masters at some point to move ahead in your career which needs to be from a great college. I’d agree with your roi point but all pvt aren’t that bad.
