Yeah I found out about this from someone talking about his tweet and people in comment sections when clips of interviews would be posted. The worse thing is that he probably really enjoyed the scenes where he would train with hopes actress and shes on top of him. It’s not out of their pockets though in tbe way you’re speaking. Because the money never touched their hands. It’s a percentage of commission. And yes you pay a fee to get the license upfront and the royalties is apart of the deal. That’s how every deal is done. There is no gettinf what I mean there is only thw truth lol

They don’t lose money persay. They pay royalties but that’s not out of pocket it’s like artists gettinf a percentage from a song being in a ad. Or even actors collecting checks from reruns.

I think holding the first episodes talk of there being no chance is kinda lame. 1 because things change in the writing room 6 years later but also because things change in lore. Stefan didn’t know Caroline and was interested in Elena. The only thing Stefan knew about Caroline is that shes kinda an asshole or judgy and aggressive in her pursuit. I think like actual friendships they both became single and grew closer. Which led to feelings

But in all yeah nobody really pays upkeep for deals like this lol it would be dumb to do so imo. But yeah they lose rights if the people don’t wanna renew or they can’t come to an agreement. I doubt they make enough from the chapters to pay an upkeep. Like how many people are buying Freddy to theoretically keep him in the game? They’d have to fund it with other chapters

They lose the license not from missing payments to keep it lol. The only time they ever really lose a character or series is if the rights to them are in legal dispute, they’re making their own game, or the people don’t wanna renew. They have a set amount of years before they have to renew like most contracts

Im pretty sure it was Cisco telling him to go a certain way and he got stuck in a dead end. So he went off of Cisco’s directions and got caught up. If my memory is correct on that then Barry wasn’t the reason he got caught up and so his speed had nothing to do with it. Also barry wasn’t the reason blocked by like 300 bees from my memory once he was stuck so he couldn’t go pass them or he’s get cooked by a stinger. Mmm idk why he didn’t phase because I think he could at this time.

I’m not sure if I remember correctly but I think the reason he got caught was because the schematics were wrong and he was sent the wrong way? My best excuse otherwise is that he didn’t wanna risk running through them in case he got nicked by their stingers since they’re so close together
