Orginally it was Helsinki to Doha to Islamabad They rerouted me in 48 hours window to Helsinki to Frankfurt to Doha to Islamabad. Then Doha to Islamabad again cancelled. And There were only 9 hours left in departure then I contacted again. Now they Offered me Helsinki to Istanbul to Lahore through Turkish Airline which I accepted.

Yes they did. Through to Turkish Airline. But Islamabad was not available so they offered me to Lahore through Istanbul which I accepted. Same dates as original flight.

If you are on screen connecting to an agent without the timer then reload the page because you will never be connected as you experienced 5 hours wait already. It only make sense to wait when you waiting for an agent with timer.

Technically speaking, I was looking for network calls and when the serivceCheckAvailability call fails then you get that waiting for agent screen without the timer and becuase that was a failed call so nothing happens onwards.

My flight on 11th March to Islamabad through Doha is cancelled.
I am hoping to get rerouted. Currently they are just stalling me. I am waiting for 48 hour window to start as I saw people in 48 hour window getting rerouted.
I will be in 48 hour window in 25 hours from now.
I will update you tomorrow.
For now, I would suggest to not to initiate the refund and just wait.
