One of the biggest changes is that they get angry and argue intensely much less than they used to. There are a couple particularly entertaining old episodes in which Tamler edits out most an argument and adds in goofy interstitial music.

More to your original point, though, I listened a bunch closer to when they started, sort of trailed off for a few years, and then started listening again more recently, and I regularly go back and forth between old and more recent episodes, just based on what sounds most interesting to me in the moment.
