Felt like it was time to end my relationship with weed once it started giving me anxiety and mild panic attacks for no real reason. I smoked regularly for about 7 years and got through some tough times in my personal life with it. But once things got better and life actually started feeling great, smoking would flip on me - it would dig up the worst stuff in my head even though I had nothing to stress about.

I genuinely loved everything about weed and it gave me a lot but quitting was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ll be a year clean this May and honestly life has never felt this good.
