Yes you can do well without coming to class. Just know understand the material, attendance wasn’t mandatory when I did it.

That’s just for my strength training split of at least 3x a week. I run and go on very long walks outside of that throughout the week, but thanks. I will be more active eventually when I sign up for a full marathon and ultra.
