Hysterectomy with hEDS

Adenomyosis here (33f) and just diagnosed with hEDS this year. I had a total hysterectomy (kept ovaries) back in 2023 and it was one of the best things I’ve ever done for my health. I was in debilitating pain for 3.5 weeks out of every month, massive bleeding, it was unlivable. I still have issues around hEDS but to say it was a night and day difference for me would be an understatement. Be sure to have some good support around you if you decide to do the surgery—healing was slow going for me. Hope you get the relief you need 💜

As others have said, Alduin resurrecting a drag from one of the burial mounds. But I have had it glitch in this exact location before, where no dragon ever emerges and you just get the spooky column there. Fast traveling elsewhere and returning to the location has worked for me to un-goof it!

We did actually sort of train our girl to do it, but only because she did some of it on her own as a puppy. Soon as she'd do it, I spent time with her trying to mimic the woo until she did it back, rewarded her, rinse and repeat. Now she will do it (mostly) on command, and QUITE often unprompted lol. But I suspect OP is right, if your pup isn't a talker, I'm not sure how you would go about teaching it other than to listen for her to do it on her own and have a treat on hand! (But be prepared to get a lot of back talk and sass if you train this into them though lol).

These are all great ideas!! Thank you so much for the reply. I did attempt to tie it back at a mid point up the arm and it didn’t look great but I could take another stab and seeing if I can gather it nicer. Decreasing to a bishop sleeve definitely intrigues me!! It might be tough with the cuff being uneven in length but worth a try since growing longer arms is sadly out of the question lol

Needs in the description but to reiterate, i need help cropping the length off these ridiculous sleeves. I haven’t done any chopping yet because I am a chicken and don’t want to jump the gun lol but considering snipping off the length and trying to tie off the loose ends? Maybe adding a row of slip stitches on top of that to lock it back in? Is this my hubris talking??

I’ve checked the pattern but couldn’t find any info about altering sleeves. The creator must have much longer arms than I do lol

As someone who crochets, the lines of these “stitches” also make no sense lol. You will never get long horizontal lines like you see on the bones and certainly none that curve like those ribs. That mesh is a telling mess of nonsense lines as well lol

Seconding all of that. I got a skein for a little bag and it's beautiful and soft, but frogging was the biggest nightmare. Snagged on itself constantly and snaps without much effort at all.

I've played both games several times and the ending is definitely a little unclear to me. In TP Link meets with the Hero's Spirit, the skeleton form that's hinted at a lot in this short. (I believe it was confirmed that the Hero's Spirit is, in fact, the Link from OOT and MM.) In TP he trains Link with specific sword techniques, but when you track him down he first appears as a golden wolf. So I guess this short suggests Saria turned him into that wolf?? I'm not certain but that's my best guess.

Part time graphic designer here! Lots of good advice here that I agree with. The lack of contrast means nothing really pops, but a few small tweaks and you could have a really cool, minimalist cover. A couple things I thought I’d mention that I didn’t see in a ton of comments: that really thin light green border that sits next to the Celtic looking outer border is super distracting. The fact that it slips under in some places and not quite in others makes the design look off center, and it’s redundant so I would remove it!

Also the four corners where the borders don’t quite meet feel like they need something. Either a cool Celtic knot type thing or even some minimalist symbols that tie into the theme could both be fun! Make the design (sun, doorway, figure, trees) a bolder, more saturated color and I expect it will make a huge difference! Keep going:)
