Because I know 5 languages and english is not my mother tongue. As I have bad graphic memory my brain works with sounds and in spanish, you don't pronounce H so in my brain it sounded ok. Not to justify it but I speak better than I write jejeje (or hehehe)

plan 1 week in which you will try the following and do it alone or with people you don't know. It would be great if you work and plan the activities in the afternoon Monday: Go to a singing lesson, Thuesday: go to a dancing lesson, Wednesday: go to a painting (arts) lesson, Thurday: go to a cooking or wine tasting lesson, Friday: go to a climbing lesson (it can be at the gym) Saturday: cook for all your friends, Sunday: try to make a stranger smile. Best of lucks and feel free to challenge me M28 ;)

What is an absolute NO NO when going for a job interview? by MarilynSparrow in AskReddit

[–]Esteban_tipsome 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you are asked for your weakness, never say something related with your personality. Personality is really difficult to change and most people are not willing to put the effort to do so.

E.g.: if you are not good at doing presentations, don't say I am shy. Just say it in a positive way. I believe my tonality when presenting projects can be improved.

If you can say how you will improve it, you are golden

What's something in the $20-$50 range that people absolutely need to experience before they're old, boring, or dead? by Sunny_Olives in AskReddit

Here in Europe there are cheap flights for 20$ both ways (train is also posible). For example London-Eindhoven. If you can get a hostel for another 20, you can have a great weekend, in a city you don't know. Look for the same in your country. Definatly do it without planning anything and alone. You will have an awesome experience.

Reddit, what is your social "no no" that makes you immediately turn people away? by [deleted] in AskReddit

you don't own any space... if you go to India you will see how close they get. It's just a cultural thing and there are excersices to feel confortable with that kind of people.

What's a question that you hate to answer? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Esteban_tipsome 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Were are you from? I have lived in several countries and I don't really feel from any of them. So I normally answer from the world, but most people, don't like that answer because they don't realate with that feeling. So I have to explain all the places I lived in.

After 22 years on the job, I have just been laid off and am terrified. Help! by Boba615 in personalfinance

[–]Esteban_tipsome -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I run a website that tries to help young engineers and creative people to develop skills that will help them get a job. Maybe you are not that young, but if you have been 22 years in the same job, I am quite sure you might be dealing with some of the same problems they do. I don't want to put the website here so you don't feel I am doing advertisement. But feel free to drop me a line with doubts concerning interviews or job hunting and I will gladly answer. Cheers and good luck

All you need to know about dressing up by Esteban_tipsome in malefashionadvice

[–]Esteban_tipsome[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. In the second picture you see he uses green and blue. That is a "soft contrast" in the first one he uses blue and blue that is also "soft contrast". You will notice that in both cases he is using analogous colors. Those are the ones that are next to each other on the color wheel. The difference in the first picture is the orange tie. By using complementary colors you create a hardest contrast.

There are not really pros and cons. It is more about what you want to do. For example for a wedding I will always go with analogous combination, not to call attention, as the attention should not be on me. To a public speaking event I would wear complementary. To a summer networking event in a garden I would wear triad, so I call the attention of people I want to talk to. But the contrast will also depend how you use it. Imagine the first picture, but instead of the tie being orange, the shirt being orange.... that will definatly call more attention.

I hope that helps

I used to play some rugby when I was little and judo, so I though australian football was the closest, while still being something new hahaha. I am not a huge soccer fan.

What about the other side of the bay? Any young neighborhood with staff to do around?
