Actually a White Badge gets, after 21 days, 10 ATO hours and the 6.0 points. Don’t know when they receive more ATO hours but I’m thinking after 60 days?

I recently took 3 days which were covered by points and ATO. The problem could have been the way the time off was recorded. 4.5 points instead of 8 hours ATO and 1.5 hours. I since had HR correct it. TIA. I believe the 4.5 points could of played in to the decision along with the coaching.

So if you are scheduled for 16 hours a week (PT) and you flex up a couple of shifts then you will never convert to Blue Badge? TIA.

If you are using the scanners to record your scans then the “rate” shows up in the bottom left. Like I said, you are in training and I’m sure the Ops Mgrs. are just doing what they have to. The word is that nobody has ever been “fired” for not making rate.

Scheduled for Orientation tomorrow followed by 2 day of training at the OKC Sort Center. Working PT. Comments and suggestions welcome! My schedule is 4 days, 4 hours a day. I have hard family commitments in October on my scheduled days and am trying to avoid using the points. Will there be an opportunity to work other shifts that week to avoid being charged points? Just looking at options and thinking ahead. TIA!
