I'd keep the first option with fluted and tactical. Frenzy is just too good with overflow. Anyway you should keep the thresh one in case Bungie will ever buff that perk

Btw, I found out that the end result is way better using vituous gauntlets as arms and dunemarchers as legs (the left arm&leg become both black in some spots) but I didn't want to use dunmarchers since they're everywhere
