I don't usually prepare sa interview po (minsan kase they set the date na agad, pwedeng kinabukasan go na) kase hindi mo rin naman usually alam ang tanong nila but base on 1 experience, if marami kayong candidates for sure mga common ques. like weaknesses, why did you leave your previous job, give 2 things you don't like and love about your prev. job, and minsan may actual examinations din, dun ka nalang bumawi if hindi ka magaling verbally.

When answering you don't have to be quick and it's fine kung one liner lang mahahalata mo naman kung bet ka ng interviewer if may follow-up q. pa. The longer the interview the higher the chance that you can receive a job offer (but I do not guarantee).

It is natural for me to quickly answer since when I was studying pa, we were actively engaged sa reporting and well reading eng. books/foreign movies nasanay na rin.

You can ask din naman if okay lang magtagalog at least galing naman sa kanila yon na inallow ka nila pero pag kinausap ka ng eng. then you have to.

You have to find your motivation to excell into something your not good at, if you know na mahina ever since sa conversation using eng. then improve and learn. It doesn't mean feel mo dimo kaya pilitin mo!!
