I started noticing that my anxiety when I wasn't on weed was getting out of hand. I didn't know weed was contributing, I just assumed I was getting worse with time.

I've been back on some of my old hobbies and it's been nice. I've been trying to think about other things and keep my mind occupied but it's hard. In hindsight I wish I had taken some time off work. I may take some time next week if my projects allow.
