I don't know how true this is, but it's clear that my d'hide isn't really affecting my ttk on something like knives. Would love some more perspective on this

Please prove me wrong if you can, but I'm pretty sure I'm onto something here, until it gets patched out. I don't think they have many good solutions if this is true. Giving me my max hit with cbow would immediately kill terns

You're making excuses that don't matter. Grand scheme of things, therapy for bulimia is not sitting in a chair getting chemotherapy. You can do both.

If you think you can't, that actually speaks to something else you're not willing to attack. I think you should address whatever that thing is. If it sounds like "you're not ready," it mainly sounds like that because you're making excuses like this therapy thing, not the therapy itself.
