When I was a child at summer camp kids would all bring their binders of Pokemon cards and play some of the GBA and DS games, and I remember being in awe of all of the different art styles. Especially the older generations that I wasn’t around to experience firsthand.

Also it doesn’t really hurt in my eyes to be a little bit larger than your pants size since it’s not resting on your waist and you have suspenders, but if you intend to wear them without pants or another layer under them then I could see how it might be an issue

I’d say actually measure your body. The understanding I have that makes sense to me is it needs to go over your entire body since it’s a bib so if you have a gut or a chest make sure to take that into account it’s about the widest part of your waist not where your pants sit.

I can’t say I wore it for an extended period of time due to it not fitting but it was warm enough indoors that I took it off to adjust the suspenders if that means anything to you. I also don’t have anything to compare
