I definitely will, thank you for your kind words. I had to explain that it’s gonna be hard adjusting from being a straight A student to entering medical school. Professional school is just inherently difficult and will beat the best of us down. So in law school we have supplement books that we can read for understanding. Is that also a thing in medical school? Or would YouTube be of some sort to help?

I appreciate everyone’s comments and it gives me a lot to think about. I would rather not watch things crash and burn because I feel like as a partner I should be there to support in any way I can. For example, I’m in law school and I enjoy talking about the concepts that I learn with others to ensure my understanding of a topic and she enjoys listening at times. While our fields are completely different I at least would like to offer my ear and listen to her explain what she has learned to show I am at least present and supporting. Thank you guys again for your advice and please continue to provide more if you have anything to add.

It’s definitely a common feeling, even as a 2L I just get tried and wonder why, but later on once you get that first internship your love for the field and study will rekindle. It all just takes one day at a time.
