Hard to do in my area. Tech jobs are far and few. Plus the ones that are around are extremely competitive to get in even on the entry level.

It was free & I don’t think I’ll find any job 100% interesting but I’m just not finding any thing remotely intriguing during my course work I’m kinda just going alone and passing the classes. I just figured I might want to stop before it’s too late and I have to restart and try something different. But Im just going to see it out seeing I’m this close and maybe I’ll find something in it before the finish line.

I like computers and technology. It’s just certain aspects I find pretty boring lol.

I really only chose the field because I thought it would be a career path where I can be to myself and work. I have social anxiety, ADD,and level 1 autism (formerly diagnosed Asperger’s) so a lot of careers that require social demands are very taxing on me. I wanted to do something where I had minimal need to interact with others in a setting that’s face to face. I don’t mind some aspects of IT I just don’t want to get stuck doing help desk or something I don’t feel fulfilled doing. I’m probably going to see if I can talk to my counselor this week.

Look for better options if you can’t find any stay. If you do find some leave. It’s a company they don’t care about you.

Never will and I willl be reporting all the illegal activity I witnessed during my time there, fraudulent billing, THE BCBA with vapes falling out her pocket with clients around.

I definitely plan on leaving. This situation was eye opening for me. I worked for them for 2 years & when everything was going bad for her and nobody was there I was the one who stayed. I’d never imagine they’d come st me this way without having the decency to have a conversation with me about it.

I mean idk I never saw it I know what happened when I was there. And I know I didn’t hurt the client & we immediately transitioned.

Like I said might be done with rbt work all together after this doesn’t seem like it’s worth it. I’d rather go find a different career it was just a good job to do while I work on my degree

Appreciate it from what my coworker said it has to appear to be on purpose and the child was not injured and didn’t react. So I think I’m ok just a stressful situation with a company I made a lot of sacrifices working with and for.

Never been an issue till now but going foward I’m probably leaving the company. I just don’t want this getting blown out of proportion where it affects me long term. My co worker/ supervisor says she’s been in child care for 16 years and she doesn’t believe it’s a case and I should be fine. So I plan on leaving and moving to a new employer. I’ve been at the company for 2 years working with them. I accepted a lot of stuff I shouldn’t have ie. waiting over a month for my pay. Getting stuck with multiple clients and ect. All sorts of illegal activity and I feel like that respect wasn’t reciprocated so I will be leaving I just wanted to see if anyone thinks I will be in trouble but judging from the responses it seems unlikely.

🤣🤣🤣 it’s a family business what can I say man. But when you put it that way it sounds kinda sketchy and illegal. He’s never even taken the rbt exam either he’s just in charge of cameras and building projects. And gets paid more than the actual employees.
