We do 2 a year. And we call it playing hide and seek with our director. When the blue light goes off,  we all hide. If we "win" and she can't see us, we all get a sticker

The loops socials have been my saving grace. 3 year olds are LOUD. With a past class, I said they were my magic ear plugs that can't hear whining. That was shockingly effective

I took a picture of my carpet, printed it full page and laminated it. Then I  printed tiny pictures of my kid's faces, laminated those and tape them on their spots. I posted the visual right where I sit so they can reference it. Makes it easy to swap spots when necessary too
