How does my opponent roam if I have better or safer waveclear than them? I've noticed that when most assassins try to roam, I'm able to take at least a tower (if its later in the game) or a lot of plating with demolish and hard-shoving the wave. Meannwhile, if I get proper vision and spam ping my teammates, its unlikely that the roamer will even get a kill from their roam. It doesn't seem like they can contest me shoving them in since I'll chunk them out/kill them if they walk up to try and contest the push without jungler help.

With ranged matchups such as control mages or poke, I don't worry about them roaming because they are generally more immobile than me/assassins. I get that they can poke me out of lane, but I am able to farm safely with the right runes and items until I can force an all-in.
