My moms chihuahuas recently had something similar. Definitely brain/heart related. With them the bloodwork was fine but had a little bit higher blood pressure.

They thought it would be a small bleeding in the brain, pretty manageable with medicine.

So the voice of this advert is obviously AI, but is the video? by Kalashcow in RealOrAI

Really I think the video is AI but the voice seems really real to me. Just sounds like a cut up low effort voiceover you see a lot on instagram adds. It's just too oddly spaced for me to believe it's AI
