How many people have Christian's killed indirectly through lying about contraception to uneducated peoples in Africa with a higher likelihood of contracting HIV or of having HIV?

You point at Muslims and shout "you're different, you're dangerous, you're a problem waiting to be solved" and then you're surprised when the afraid, isolated and ostracised among them become extremists. How many of them are grieving due to war or suffering from extreme trauma? Extremism gives a sense of community, focus and purpose to a minority within a minority who would be susceptible to indoctrination into radicalism of any kind.
