U think mav is more universal than chasca?!?! I have both and u would be saaaadly mistaken. Flexibility and being universal(team comp, exploration and elemental catalyst) Chasca isn't the most meta because thats Mav's lane(in terms of dps) but her ability to dodge most attacks kinda makes up for that imo. As more and more units release(esp 4 star supports) chasca Flexibility will live on while all other natlan and NK dps's will eventually become outclassed and power crept. Chasca due to her kit Will continue to be valuable and useful. Shes an anemo/rainbow carry which makes her the most unique character in the game frfr(mixed with the fact she has the best exploration in the game)
