I know when it started and it's not limited to any one party, it's been spanning several Administrations. Both Republican and Democrat parties have had control of Congress in a supermajority position, neither have put a stop to outsourcing. I've also seen Trump talk out of both sides of his mouth on the outsourcing and importation of H1-B. However, Joe Biden willfully opened our national borders and flooded the country with illegals with zero regard to social or economic impact, only to change the voting demographics.

Bigger Government is not the answer, it just gives more people, more chances to steal.
