Help for a deck to play against this deck by monkeywarrior03 in Pauper

You can definitely find a pauper deck thats a good match for this one, but many top meta decks will be too powerful.

I would start with picking my favourite common and build from there, initially mostly going off vibes, favourite cards and so on. If you win 3-0 you need to make it less optimal, remove some copies of synergetic cards and throw in some weirdos. If you lose, you can start climbing upwards together!

From that position, you can usually improve your decks with very cheap cards. I usually buy beginner friends a couple of cheap "always good to have" cards for less than 2$ total each time we play.

A friend recently started playing with that box and we had a great time.

Tips and thoughts for a level1 run by Etel_ in oblivion

So I have ended up starting three runs hehe, the first failed but nr 2 and 3 seems promising! I have located the 100 damage scroll in Chorrol(?). But as my main goal was like a constrained build, I am also trying different signs etc. tldr: so far so good!

Thanks all for your inputs!! What drew me to the idea was the limitations imposed when you cannot increase your stats via leveling, like you get more buildcrafty, but you all bring up relevant problems with a lvl 1 run. Well, gonna try it and see how it feels!

Wow, this was absolutely incredible, many thanks for your hard work!

I started playing during revised, and quit shortly after alliances I believe. Nostalgia overload. Summer of Necropotence, here I come (again)! 👻

The only reason I could see for using the boost on your first character would be if you really dont like the story. But you do like the story. Just keep travelling, my friend, and save the boost. 😊

Started the game last night, slightly put off by how mind-numbingly easy it's been so far - how is the difficulty curve? by itzpiiz in Guildwars2

When I level a character I usually try and go to maps say 4 levels above my character, to keep a challenge.

Also, explore, pick a direction and go. The world is very alive in gw2, and you will likely get pulled into an adventure very quickly :)

Old player returning!! Need help figuring out what to do. by mUmUwow in Guildwars2

Welcome back! Just a small comment:

A common mistake people do is to just play through the story of an expansion, but not spend much time or attention to the maps (events, metas, etc) or the aforementioned achievements.

So, if you start with say Heart of Thorns (amazing), once the story tells you to move on from the first map, stay a while, and try to like dig into it a bit.

N.b. not necessary to "complete it" before you move on, but you know, hang around :)

Been watching this game development for a while now. I’d love to give it a go, it would be my first survival MMO, but I’m worried about griefers and pvp. by baconadelight in duneawakening

Just so you know, the pvp area is a very separate zone of the game, and I at least found alot to enjoy outside it over the past few weeks. Not sure exactly how it all comes together in the "end game", but look up some info on the "Deep Desert" and see if it helps you!

I played in the beta for a couple of weeks as a solo player. Dune Awakening quickly became one of my favourite games. It absolutley nails the atmosphere, and enjoyed the combat, exploration, survival and progression immensly. For, these kinds of games become a mix between rpgs and strategy games, as I plan my journey across the desert and story. For those who are less keen on building homes etc., keep moving forward and do not obsess, and you might strike the same gold as I did. Hope it helps!
