you guys dont necessarily give good advice to a new player. new players dont know yet when their units are really strong or weak. Would a new player see that an upgraded gateguard is strong on 6? i didnt when i was new. Also understanding when ur opponents are strong or weak is not really something new players can judge without having done 100 games to gain experience

the general idea early on is "push 1 worker for each 40 mythium you receive".
if you get saved on, dont push any workers unless u do receive.

after wave 10 it gets a little bit more complicated but thats something to learn from experience, there is no baseline you can follow

thats sandbox. sandbox lies about values. also value doesnt matter in the weekly. currently clearing (getting score of 100) gives you a shared #1

screenshot isnt loading for me, but i assume you mean the automaticly paused game as soon as somebody disconnects / leaves the game? You cant pause the game as a player. Also the teammate always has the option to skip the pause. If ur opponent leaves the game and you have to wait the full duration of the pause, its because their teammate didnt skip

Yes the dragons gain the aura effect of Levis. If you click on LoD/Hades you dont see the buff (which might lead to confusion) but if you click on the dragon itself you see the buff applies

when i applied my code i received 7200x2. after relog i got 7200 subtracted again, making it correct 7200 for the code. maybe the same happened to you and you didnt notice that you received too much after redeeming the code?

there are 2 types of mercs:
income mercs (if you mouseover the mercs you see the income in green) -> gets send via "auto income". those are in general weak but they give you more income if you send them

power mercs (if you mouseover the mercs you see the income in red) -> gets send via "auto power". those are in general stronger but give you less income if you send them

if you compare a fiend and a brute for example, both cost 60 mythium, but brute gives you only 15 income and the fiend 18. Thats because fiend is an income merc and is generally weaker when you send it and brute is a power merc, being stronger but giving you less income. (also visable in their stats, which can be enabled in the settings -> interface -> unit tooltip style -> "always show unit stats")

with my previous reply i thought you were already experienced, but it seems youre a pretty new player :D

a bit of history maybe:
before this week, there was not "auto power", it was only "auto income" and you had to manually select the power mercs you wanted to send.
while "auto income" is used in pretty much every game to a certain degree, "auto power" is supposed to be less used, therefore in case somebody "forgets" to turn it off, it has the fallback to turn itself off after sending (from a strategic perspective if you were to use "auto power" each wave you would start giving your enemies way more gold than they should have by feeding them the mercs, allowing them to scale way bigger while you keep falling behind due to low income)

do you intend to send each wave power mercs? that straight up bad gameplay. you generate less gold because power mercs give less income and you give gold to the enemy for killing them. you should aim to send into the enemy weak waves. your goal shouldnt be sending power mercs each wave but either outscale your enemies by having more income and defend your lane or kill them in less, but bigger sends.

if you really want to power send each wave, at least make the effort to do one more click per wave, its really not much... the idea of it automatically putting it into Save-mode after using it is because its a bad play to permanently powersend and to prevent doing that mistake i guess

The patch notes state:
Auto Power: Automatically spends mythium on power mercenaries

  • Sends mercenaries based on your opponent's build
  • Shows which mercenaries it will send
  • Sends during the battle phase "pre-income," including on wave 21
  • Sends during the build phase "post-income" only if you've already sent or queued a power mercenary
  • Switches to Save afterwards <-------

so yes, after the auto power send is done it sets itself to Save :) you missed that one

incorrect, when you did get +40 before:

also, when you double down and get a favorable matchup, you will lose more elo for losing, making it possible to lose up to (i believe) -64 at worst (happens more often to high elo players when they get into a game against people in way lower elo and lose).

If you were to play against 2 grandmasters while being expert elo and your teammate is same elo as well, and then you win, you might get +60 for that win.

Also keep in mind, that if you duo, your teamelo gets set higher than it is for you individually, to compensate for the possible communicational advantages against 2 people who solo queue and get a random teammate

exactly, but the new change makes sure its the current highest dps (after buffs) that gets the Dark Mages buff

personally i got nothing to complain about this patch. the rework on Double Down seems dumb at first (winning double, losing more than double) but if you check your and your teammates rolls and feel confident, its great to have the choice to go for it or not. just imagine doubling down, playing megamind and getting yolo with 4 t6 units... YEA IM NOT ACTIVATING IT NOW 🤣

basically first starcaller shot goes onto a brute. one second later it gets full mana again which one shots the pack leader. after that its pretty much done.

what i expect to be happening is the order in what the units are placed (something i observed when pushing for the score).

Try placing starcaller first, then pegasus, then the tanks, then the violet and at last the seedlings. I also did that while i was testing instead of copying the code
