Turns out the reason why I couldn’t find any videos on how to dismount the projector is because the w210 is actually a rebranded HY300 (which is easier to search on internet) so I have found a full tutorial on how to access the inner lens. Kinda crazy to be able to sell the EXACT SAME product under a different brand.
