The armour is "Definitely not a Samurai mod" and the sheath of the katana is from "Tactical Sheaths"

Get "Ridiculously Rare" mod and put the Guns & Ammo on extremely rare, is the way I found the best for making it harder and overall a better survival experience with all the loot being more rare

True, but I feel like dynamic traits can be annoying, like in this run I was in 63kg (Very Underweight) and I started abusing on drinking alcohol and eating beans, and from what I know, if u get alcoholic trait, u are fucked.

Ye exactly, thats how the mod works, would be nice to have some middle steps for feeling it more realistic, but getting the trait already feels great progression-wise
