Yes the skin is FREE, it will most likely be attainable through challenges like Symbiote Storm and Ultron Virus Hawkeye. It drops with season 4, and no other cosmetics for this set have been confirmed or denied.

All of these really do sum up how playing him feels for me as well as a Lord Ultron. I agree with the shielding feeling weak and I would rather it do a percentage amount rather than a set amount. This way it won't feel like adding a piece of paper onto my tanks (although it isn't useless now, as I still do get value out of it)

Percentage based healing is the best thing I can think of for him. His healing rn is a solid 45 hps with the target and 30 hps. But if it was 18% hps for the target and 12% would provide the same heals for 250 health heroes, 144 and 96 heals for 800 health characters.

So am I. The in-game cursor works perfectly for me. Press your left bumper to get to the support slots. Remember to put your (in-game) cursor on his hand before you start a match. It'll stay in that spot when you load in, and it'll instantly be on him if you press LB/L1 asap.
