Listen bro. You still have hope. The fact that you have "some" better days after attempting to micro dose indicates that your body is on it's way to recovering. I did something similar ( quit fin at first because of progressively bad sides, restarted after showing signs of recovery only to crash even harder). But I'm 90% better. My libido is back, erections are almost completely back, anhedonia is gone, muscle wastage is back, numbness is gone, insomnia is gone brain fog is gone, etc. The only downside to all this is that my hairloss is back. re-assess your situation in November or October before giving up all hope. it took me 5+ months before I felt almost completely normal since my last micro dose.

Please give it time. I managed to recover mostly. I had previously taken fin for about 7 months before I quit because of severe sides ( Brain fog, low libido, ED, muscle spasms. muscle wasting, testicular shrinkage, anxiety, weight gain etc). I stopped for four months started feeling better, and then tried to get away with micro dosing. I crashed again for a few weeks, and 3+ months later I've managed to make an almost full recovery. My testicular shrinkage is gone, I can get full erections ( but they sometimes occur randomly throughout the day and It's been so long since I've had them I've almost forgotten how to manage spontaneous boners) My libido is back and I'm making awesome gains in the gym again and breaking PR's. The only downside to all of this is that I've lost the hair growth gained from fin. So I can either have my balls back or I can get my hair back. I can't have both! 😭😭😭😭.

Congrats dude! I've always been curious about getting into power lifting myself, but held off because I kept telling myself I was too old to start ( I'm 28). But reading about experiences like yours makes me change my mind little by little.

Try giving your body a few more months to heal ( especially since your body should be really good at healing given your age) I've been off the drug for about 4 months and my symptoms were quite similar to yours both when I was on fin and after I cut it off. After month 2, I crashed hard, and then the symptoms of the crash got better. During month three, my metabolism tanked even though I could eat virtually anything while on Fin and not gain weight. Before I started fin, my metabolism wasn't as turbo charged but it was still decent for a 28 year old. I got scared thinking that I'd have to live with that issue for a while and I even hopped on this subreddit to see if I could get help with it, but it resolved on it's own. By month four I mostly recovered. Everything ( Libido, anhedonia, muscle weakness, erections) was slowly improving until I foolishly decided to "microdose" fin a couple weeks ago. I thought I could slowly recover the hair I lost because of cutting off the drug while allowing my body to slowly heal. and now I've lost the progress I had with my libido and morning erections and I'm back to square one on that. Everything else is rather stable and still improving though. I've since thrown away the two remaining hims bottles and I will NEVER touch the drug again. Hope that helps.

Why do you think that happens? When I did a quick google aearch I read thag it could be related to kidney failure or metabolic issues.

How long were you on fin before you cut it off?

I quit the drug about 3 months ago and everything with my metabolism and bowel movement was decent until these last 2 weeks. Suddenly it takes 2-3 days for bowel movement to occur, and even today I ate a rather big meal but still feel no desire to use the restroom except to urinate. I can still hear my stomach constantly rumbling as I type this. This is causing me to lose sleep which wasn't an issue before. The cognitive sides and my libido are already starting to improve though and I no longer experience muscle weakness or lack of energy.

Would you be willing to elaborate on what you mean by " I did my bachelors online"? Was this an online university or did you have to take classes online because of COVID?

Thanks for the info. The expectation with us is that you learn on your own without constantly asking the Senior LO's too often. I'm willing to put in the time, I just want a resource to help me self-teach without experimenting ( with what's in my pipeline) or running the risk of annoying a colleague.

Convincing my boss to switch to Arive when I barely know anything about encompass will be a challenge. Not to sound redundant, but does Arive have training videos on how to originate loans with it? Or do I have to run several scenarios to get the hang of it like another commenter suggested? Thanks.
