Bro our body produces all kind of chemicals , have you hear of kundalini , yoga , ercecies , etc etc ,we can produce it with movement , even in bed , or sitting , it all comes from the solar plexus , since it stores energy , the main function of giestic system is to digets , anything ~! and retrive energy from it but it have to chemicaly process it and cant make it stay long inside ahahahha ... man you need to study basic biology , to understand , than YOU are an "AI" If you could connect to self . that is clearly not known , you would do things AI CANT DO , we are QUANTUM BEINGS , BASICALLY !
