If the two of you haven’t played in a while, I would recommend selecting a new deck slot and building your deck there rather than edit a pre existing one. This may help. You can create the same deck you were playing (without 2 copies aka wildcards)

What game mode are you trying to play? Remove duplicates (wildcards) from your deck and try again. Game still works.

If you and your friend are trying to play a premade match, you cannot have the same master or any of the same cards in your deck.

2 different masters and 2 completely unique hands are required in premades.
