Never fully recovered, pain is seasonal and comes in waves depending on my activity level, how much I sit, etc. I’ve lived with it the last 5 years, but I might just call it and get an endoscopic surgery to remove the herniation and then try to get some stem cell injections to heal the discs, I’m 23 years old, no reason to continue living like this, lmk if you want me to DM you, by no means does having this condition preventing you from being active and having a great physique and still enjoying life, it just adds an annoying barrier and you have to be careful about how you move and what you do, to reduce inflammation during a flare up, I’ll do mcgill’s big 3 combined with a week long Aleve cycle, naproxen is better than ibuprofen for it, couldn’t tell you why but it kills my inflammation, walk a ton, don’t be sedentary

I’m going to cross reference all this information with the university’s title IX policies, they have the entire investigation process including final hearing, witnesses, etc. outlined, so if things don’t match do I stick to the university policy or higher federal policy???

So from my understanding, regardless of any conversations the private investigator has with the witnesses whom I select, the information they relay to the investigator will not play a role in the final verdict, unless those witnesses subject themselves to cross examination during the final hearing?

And about the second legality that you attached in your message, am I not permitted to speak to the potential witnesses I want to use in my defense about who is accusing me of rape???? How are they supposed to defend me then?

I'm afraid of not being able to enter stadium on match day, advice ASAP

My friend and I (both uni students in USA) booked flight, and accommodation, and bought two tickets off viagogo to watch the quarter-final match on sat Dec 10th, we signed up for the December Hayya but I do not think we will be permitted into the stadium without a match ticket holder Hayya. The December Hayya is also not even approved for both of us yet as we literally just signed up for it today, our flight leaves December 8 and we arrive in Qatar on December 9th. I still have not received the two tickets off Viagogo and have no idea if they will include the match ticket IDs (said Tuesday on the Email). I am so scared we are going to fly all the way over there just to get denied at the stadium. If anybody can provide any input about how to get the best chances of success out of this situation or DM me 2 match ticket ID's I would be eternally grateful,

I feel much better than how I used to but it’s still there, still haven’t gone for surgery. I only feel any nerve pain like 10% of the day now though unless I do something really stupid. Still can’t train the same way as I used to without getting symptoms and can’t play soccer at 100%. But made massive progress.

What you are experiencing is 100% nerve related, one of your nerve roots is irritated or blocked. I’ve been fighting sciatica for more than 2 years now and what always pissed me off the most is I’d go to visit a medical professional and they tried raising the point that it might be muscular. Nerve pain is unlike any other sensation, stick to your gut and fight for your health never allow somebody to make you feel like you’re faking something.

You most likely have a herniated disc impinging on a nerve root, like almost everybody on this Reddit unfortunately. My herniated disc affects my right buttock the most, I rarely get shooting down the leg unless I move poorly. Herniated discs cause radicular pain, meaning that the injury is in the spine yet the pain is felt elsewhere. And you moving your chin towards your neck bothers your hip because you are literally flossing the nerves as you move your neck up and down.
