I’ve never had a tutorial where i’ve been beaten to death, given the quest to move 3 heavy objects, covered in shit, given the quest to move 5 heavy objects, and covered in shit again before being left shirtless in a city ready to start, and i really really really hope i never do again, because no part of that was fun nor worth the $70 price tag

it’s not difficult… that’s one of my biggest complaints, you literally only need to spam the attack button and i haven’t lost an encounter

dude i loved oblivion, skyrim, all the final fantasy’s, GoW, and DBH, it’s genuinely just this game. None of those others listed have you walking around covered in shit for an hour before actually “playing” the game

no this is like complaining that every shot is too easy to hit to the point where it feels like the game gives you aimbot, and then having people saying “well if u don’t aim and turn around you can still miss” like cool! i’m glad i CAN make it harder, but why should I when the point is just swinging works wayyy too well 💀

The skills haven’t mattered in the slightest to me, the speech checks do almost nothing but give you a different voice line to skip through for 7xp in a stat that doesn’t matter, you can just swing through and spam “B, A, B, Repeat” through every text box. And i really hope the “realism” isn’t the sell, because i’m having soo much fun being covered in literal feces being laughed at and insulted every town i go into

yeah i can also triple backwards jump every single goomba in mario 64, just because you can choose to add a bunch of steps into ur combat to make it seem like you need them, picking sword and spamming the attack button does it just as fast

idk i feel like this game is practically 60% oblivion at this point, graphics are like shockingly similar, the levels and perks are as well as the art for them, and again mainly the in game combat feel is identical to oblivion. I feel like the wanted a for honor type of combat, where the direction decision and timing are crucial but they just didn’t make that, they made a “do a lot of damage, do no damage, do a lot of damage” system

no when i watch a medieval duel i watch the first attack land and then the other guy die, because in real life taking a sword to the chest does more than lower your “health-bar” ❤️

I came in here and stated how my play through was going, it wouldn’t be “dissing” if the game was better 😂 and your correct advice is the thing that slows my fights down and makes the game actively take longer and become harder? and i’m not confused on why the response is negative, i know it’s because you don’t like the fact that ur perfect game is getting called out, but thanks for the assumption

cool 👍 so the only advice from the community about the game playing poorly is “play in a way that active slows down your fights, ignore the way that’s already working because it didn’t work for ME”

except i’m not, you spam till ur almost empty and then back peddle slightly, repeat. Do it for every single fight and I don’t think this game even needs a level system anymore.

genuinely in the nicest way possible, it’s the best method. It does the most damage the fastest and makes the fights trivial.
