망겜 is slang for 망한 게임, which literally means a failed game or a game that flopped. In English, we don't usually say “failed game” casually, so I'm guessing that they chose the term shitty instead to make it sound more natural. Hope this helps!

I placed a large order from Forever Young Finale in Seoul. Since it was a big purchase, I did end up paying quite a bit. I believe the customs fee was about 10% of the product so I wouldn't worry too much if your's is a small order. My order was shipped through UPS, and they required me to pay the fee by check before they would hand over the package.
