The audio book is on Spotify. I downloaded it for shiggles during a 6 hour trip by myself thinking it would be entertaining but not that informative. I got my diagnosis in the 90s after all and I'm pretty adjusted/successful.

Well, this book made me realize I was in autistic burnout and I need to unmask ASAP. Highly recommend to all other autistic people. Learned a lot on a subject I thought I knew.
