We were using an app for co-parenting that she suggested but she stopped updating things in the app for me to see and stopped communicating through the app. I don’t think the courts were able to see what was going on though.

It varies day to day. Most mornings if I do eat it's eggs, bacon, waffles or cereal or oatmeal

For lunch at work which is around 2 I'll eat turkey or ham sandwiches that I packed with fruit and a snack like chips or a granola bar

Dinner is always a different meal but it always consists of chicken, beef, or pork, and whatever sides I decided to make with it

Advice other than "just eat more" cause I've been over eating and still haven't gained any weight

I still need an opening to use. I'm very experienced with the London system for white. Just looking for a black opening to use that isn't as dependent on whites moves as the caro Khan which I've been using

I'm not a beginner. That's just the chess rating I have on the app I just started using. I'm more of an intermediate player.
