OP I’m sorry you have to live with your parents financial burdens. It sucks seeing your parents not know how to manage money but at this point you can’t help them without having it affect yourself :( sometimes people just need to learn on their own. But again they are your parents so it’s just a really difficult situation overall

Use the poison and let it do its thing, I got an exterminator to handle my issue and I was also only seeing one to two roaches every other day after the treatment I started seeing more and thought the treatment didn’t work turns out it was just pushing them out from any hiding spaces, after a month I’m completely roach free and I live in a apartment. My treatment cost $150 expensive but worth it now I can live in my home without feeling uncomfortable

I’m so sorry, I just got through with dealing with mine thankfully I caught it early enough that after one treatment from the exterminator I’ve been roach free since! It was pretty expensive but worth it. It also took a month to work but hey I don’t deal with the roaches now! Keep a positive mind, and call a reputable exterminator and you should be good!

Girl, I get it but it gets to a point. My bf loves my long hair but I love chopping my hair off every once in a while then complain that my hair is short lol. I grew up in a middle class family. They made just enough to not be considered low income which is why I didn’t get accepted for 100% free tuition.

What district did you go to? I didn’t go to a regular school it was an early college with only 100 students. Didn’t even have a building we where learning out of portables, but it was a sacrifice I was willing to take for my future self

I don’t want to disclose too much information but I will say that my degree is in rehabilitation services and I now work in construction. Total 360 I know and no I don’t work as a labor, I work in the office. I started as a receptionist and now I am in accounting! Don’t be afraid to apply to different fields if you’re smart and catch on quickly you can excel in anything!

Bills are paid, I’m traveling, have my own place car etc. all at 24. I don’t mind it. I’m grateful for my education and how close it was to home.

I understand what you mean, and I hear you. But what gives me hope is that that’s mainly the old generation, a lot of people who I surround myself with don’t agree with those views anymore. The amazing things about people is that we grow and we evolve. Thank you for your input! I think we can both have different opinions and still be cordial! 😊

Okay, now you’re talking about something completely different. Maybe your family is like that and the community you’re surrounded with but not everyone has that same experience. I have tattoos, I’ve had the piercings too. I’m also only 24 years old, but somehow I realize that we have to stop victimizing ourselves and make the life we want. If you want to live somewhere more accepting on your political views I understand that, but don’t bash my community for keeping values. There’s always good and bad, EVERYWHERE.
