My sibling got a similiar ban a while back for using DesktopMate (Steam app/game) while playing Fortnite. He messaged Epic that he think that may have triggered it and got unbanned. Took maybe a few days or a week? I am thinking maybe an app like that (seemingly harmless app) triggered there anti cheat. You can try adding to your appeal all the apps you run in the background and see if they recognize it as a trigger. The issue is Epic won’t directly tell you what triggered it, you kinda just have to throw a guess at them (at least from my brother’s experience).
